Can I stay longer?
Yes of course! Flathead County is a prime vacation spot in the United States and you and your family may want to stay a few extra days before or after your retreat. The camp is located on Flathead Lake, which is the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi river, perfect for boating, swimming, and fishing while being just a 45-mile drive from Glacier National Park. Each extra night is $30 per person or $100 per family.
Can you pick me up?
If you fly into the Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) in Kalispell or take the train into the station at Whitefish, we offer shuttle service for $25 per trip.
There are direct flights to Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) in Kalispell on: Delta, Allegiant, Horizon/Alaska Airlines, United Airlines from 11 Major Cities. Any price under $500 is a bargain, but if you wait too long to book your flight, you will easily pay $800 or more.
Taking the train from Chicago, Illinois to Whitefish, Montana is a very scenic and economical option. If you book early, you can go for less than $300. Sleeper cars will cost more.
If you’ve got the time, this is an amazing drive from anywhere in the country! If traveling from the south, you can stop through the Teton Mountains and even Yellowstone National Park! With speed limits of 70 – 80 mph in Montana it’s a fun and fast drive!
